Way back in November I ordered these awesome challenge coins as well as several other items. Thanks to the USPS my orders were returned not once but twice. I spoke with Kelly at THBLUSA both times and she made sure that the third carrier delivered the items to us and not the fictitious address that the USPS had (out of the blue) created for us. I received the items (thanks to Kelly) and life goes on.
