Customer “service” doesn’t exist. The seat itself (sport) would be great for the occasional bike ride to the store. This seat belongs on your huffy, not your Trek. Too soft, low quality (bought 2x bundle, tried to cancel and they said no), both seats have small tears on the seat side that show up white because it’s all the way through the cover material. I’m gonna give these away to our residentially challenged bicycle computers. A seat is better than no seat 🤣

The vendor is trying to avoid my complaints about not sending the right product and they have been trying to convince me to refund me 1st 25% , 2nd time 50% and not to have to return the item which I don’t have a use for it . And the misleading shipping it back to Amsterdam when it came from California. Am surprised you’re even asking me there’s a ticket for this complain .
