Help me to train perfectly for pace and heart rate. Never bother to look on the watch and keep the breathing rythm fantastic by looking forward. No drifting in pace and Heart Rate again and keep me consistent.

Great Tech for Runners!
I’ve been using the ENGO 3 Eyewear for a couple of weeks now, including during my half marathon in Madrid, and overall it’s been a really impressive experience. What stands out immediately is the concept itself, it genuinely feels like this is the future of running. Being able to see your pace and stats live, without having to look down at your watch, is great. During runs, especially at race pace, it feels incredibly natural and actually helps you stay focused and motivates you to stay in target. What’s good - Feels like the next step of tech and future of delivering data during sport - Real-time data in your field of vision (no need to look at your watch) - Strava Segments deliver good motivation while running - Smooth switching between screens during runs via double tap on the frame (if the app supports it) - Great experience and comfortable wearing during longer races (e. g. half marathon) - Display appear clearer and more effective while running than while walking / standing - Helps maintain pace more naturally, even motivates to decrease average pace. - Excellent battery life (lasts weeks with multiple uses) - Good build quality and comfortable glasses - In my opinion the Look is much better than the Engo 1 or Engo 2 What can be improved - Connection setup can be a bit tricky at times (sometimes requires restart of the glasses. ) - Apple Watch integration is not possible in current ENGO App. Hope this gets an update soon. Currently you can use the Activelook app, but that has not been updated in months. Need for different apps on Apple watch for different functionalities f. e. Workouts, intervals, etc. - Slight blur in one corner (even after cleaning) - Some mirroring effect when standing still. . not that noticable while running. . but made me wonder if the setup was correct. . - It seems the Frame positioning always needs adjustment (design choice?) to see the screen properly
