SunnySky X Series V3 X3520 V3 Brushless Motors

The workmanship is simply exquisite .

I am a all around machinist by trade with 30 years background in aerospace precision machining . I have a clear idea what it takes to produce high quality parts since I do so full time . Sunnysky motors are simply the finest brushless DC motors on the market . If I have any complaints it would be the V3 lineup is getting dated . Sunnysky needs to update their product offerings to include 28xx size motors that can run on 6s voltage . Other manufacturers are doing this . For instance I am finding that running 5 or 6s voltages in a fixed wing drone offer advantages to those of us who push the envelope in long range applications . If you look at sunnysky's offerings in smaller motors they have plenty of fantastic motors but they cant work with 5 or 6s unless you drop the propeller size down so far you more than lose any advantages higher voltages bring to the table .

Perfect For My Conversion to Electric Power

This motor worked beautifully for converting my Phoenix Model Sea Bee from .46 glow to electric power. I'm using 3300 mAh, 4s power, 85 Amp ESC and a 13x8 Propeller. So far, I've flown the Sea Bee twice using the SunnySky V3 X3520 motor. I'm pulling roughly 70 Amps, and a bit over 1,000 Watts. I'm very happy with the performance. I like the workmanship of the SunnySky motors and also like the nice, blue anodized finish.
