This product took forever to get. They never contacted me, saying why it was late or when it was coming. I had to contact them twice. I never received the correct information either time. This was for a specific event that had cone and gone. I ordered in the first of April and received it in July. They did offer me a 20% discount code. But there was already a 20% discount available on their web page for everyone to take advantage of. The product itself is absolutely lovely. But their customer service is not very good. In fact, it's terrible...
