Rolling Grill Basket

The grill baskets were bought for gifts. They arrived very poorly packaged. Two cages were damaged. All four boxes were damaged and I was no longer able to use them as gifts. Customer services have given a refund for the two damaged cages. Although they acknowledged with the proof provided, that the other boxes were damaged, I received no refund for those. I asked for replacement boxes. I was told they couldn’t provide those and they don’t do any refunds for damaged boxes. They did not arrive in a lined, protective cardboard box as per their advert. The four were together inside a thin piece of plastic. The trip in any delivery van would have damaged them, as there was no protection what-so-ever. I have sent copious amounts of photos to the firm and showed them the packaging and damage. I’m pleased I have a part refund for the damaged cages, but if you are giving these as a gift be aware that the packaging could let you down both with the tattered boxes and the damaged goods.

Had an issue with one of the handles which after contacting the seller was rectified quickly and to my satisfaction . I purchased 4 and they are presents for Christmas, so I can rate them as they are still in their boxes … But, I’m sure they will be excellent !

Love the basket however we found that the lid for was too loose and food really fell out with turning. We had to be very careful to hold it upright at all times. That's the only issue ... loved the concept and will use it often. It will take some experimentation re how much food to pop inside, size of veggies etc and at what stage to place on the grill
