Brewbone® Coffee Wood Chew

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!Horrible product and even worse customer service! Been trying to get my money refunded and cancel future orders since 5/16/26. Still have not gotten any info on my refund and they shipped and charged me for a second order despite my numerous emails. There’s no phone number just a couple gmail addresses. Their website says 30 day guarantee and easy returns. Then it also says “risk free guarantee” but only if the item is returned within 10 days and is unused! How is that risk free? If unused how do we know if it’s a good product or not??!!! They’re so confident in the quality of the product but don’t guarantee that it does what it promises? They say “Safe From Start To Finish Coffee wood frays into soft digestible fibers as they chew, never splinters” absolutely not true. Larger sharp splinters occurred within 10 minutes of my dog chewing on this stick.

Well I did not know that once my dogs were done with the bones you can’t put them in a plastic bag. They become moldy. Very costly mistake I had to throw them away.
