Sophia | Off Shoulder Denim Jumpsuit

Very disappointed with this purchase. The pkg had 2 shipping labels, appeared to hv been previously opened & retaped & had holes in the plastic packaging. The jumpsuit was completely unbuttoned, had no tags, and was extremely wrinkled. Based on the condition, it appeared I received a previously returned/used item rather than a new one. I contacted support and provided pictures, but because it was a sale item, I was told it couldn’t be returned. Lisa offered a 10% refund (about $8), but no exchange was offered, so I ended up throwing it away. I was really excited about this purchase, but receiving what appears to be a used item has completely changed my opinion. I will never purchase from this company again. Please Be Aware Folks!😡

The fit is off. I'm 5'5" and 130 pounds. The length is short and looks more like capri pants. The torso is very short and rides up whenever I raise my arms slightly.

This is the only piece I purchased from this company that I might be anle to wear. The jumpsuit doesn’t drape the ankles as pictured. The legs are short. I’m only 5’5. There were no indications this was a cropped jumpsuit, not in the description or the picture. I will have to try to find jean material to extend the pants or have my seamstress turn it into a skirt. This is not what I expected at all. Their return policy is a joke, so I’m stuck with almost $200 of substandard, almost useless items.
