The Freaking Bats Verticals

Pieces don't fit together?

Doubled checked and made sure both pieces were compatible and then took the plunge . But even after trying to change the sizes they don't fit together. I chose the bats and lined shelves. I tried both versions. A waste of filament, and money. Also the videos /pics make them look bigger but that's not a big deal. The not fitting is an issue.
