While the kit itself appears fine. There was no user guide enclosed. I contacted customer services and received an apologetic reply that same day stating they would send one to me.That was on 27th July it is now 22nd August and I am yet to receive it, this despite a reminder email by me on 3rd August.It appears yet again customer service is forgotten about once goods are purchased. I am now left having to trawl YouTube to try and find instruction on the correct way or use each tool to avoid damage to my watches and which tool to use for each process. Very disappointed.
