Chicken Sausage

Best product ever!

Love this sausage! Works great in my lasagnas and also tastes wonderful grilled.

Good but a bit too salty.

Both my husband and I love that there's a clean, healthful version of sausage available to us. It comes as, basically, a sausage pancake, i.e., one long, encased sausage, curled into a coil, so we cooked the entire thing at once. (Not sure what would happen if we tried to cut it into pieces prior to cooking.) The texture is nice, and the flavor OK. Our only complaint is that it was a bit too salty. We both like salt, but this went a bit beyond what we prefer. If there's any way the salt could be reduced, even a little, we would purchase this again.
