Amazing dark chocolate profile on espresso...

Pretty good one - but I couldn't get any pear out of it for the love of trying! I found these beans more pleasant on espresso, and in particular I would get a really nice and rich profile, mouth watering stuff. 4 stars rather than 5 because filter wasn't as good and couldn't find the pear!
