I recently purchased the Leonis Marretti sneakers, and unfortunately, the product quality does not match the images shown on your website. The pictures appear significantly more premium and refined than the actual item received. Additionally, the return process is proving to be unnecessarily difficult and expensive for the customer. For a brand positioned at this price point, I expected a smoother and more customer-friendly return experience.
