Sara™ | Everyday Comfort Dress

This purchase has been among the most disappointing I have ever experienced. I purchased the Sara dress on sale. When it arrived, it was not as pictured. The product I received was the striped "Marit" dress on the front and the plaid Sara on the back...two different panels had been sewn together. The site policy indicates sale items are not return/refund eligible unless defective. This shop is saying that while it is not what i ordered, it is not defective and has, after a week of back and forth emails, only offered a 30% refund. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity this business has demonstrated. They did offer that i could keep the dress...who would wear a dress with two different patterns???
