VILIM ball - Hand Steadiness Device

It works quite well for me. I've only used it on my left hand, which has worse tremors. I haven't formed a regular habit yet of using it multiple times a day, but it will likely be quite useful before any occasion in which I have to do something technical (carving a ham or using a power tool) "in public."

I use the ball at least twice a day, and overall I feel my shaking hand has improved after using the ball. Thank you for helping me!

Life changer. I now have two and if one broke or was lost/stolen, id replace it in a heartbeat.
