I actually review 4.5. Having the machine delivered took much longer than originally told would happen. My boys volleyball season and school were over. Secondly, the decals on the sides of the ma Hine were upside down. It was suggested to me to use a hair dryer to heat decals, remove and reapply the correct way. Havent had a chance to test machine...school just started this week. Hope it does well.

I ordered this serving machine as my son plays in college and has hopes of playing pro overseas after college. While there was a shipping snafu and the machine arrived later than anticipated, Mario was very helpful with straightening things out so that I received the machine timely enough for my son to get a couple weeks of high level reps in with it before returning to school. The machine itself is more versatile than we thought it would be, and ultimately arrived from the shipper in excellent condition.
