A little disappointed

I ordered and immediately after I realised I clicked gold instead of silver I sent an email to see if at all possible for the colour to be changed and also ask for some neutral colour beads. Which I’d seen on images. I understand this may not always be possible but the email I sent got no response and wasn’t even acknowledged. I then received the charm with green lettering which doesn’t match the bag I wanted it for. I would’ve hoped I’d have received an email back even if it wasn’t possible as I would’ve cancelled the order as appose to paying for something that’s of no use to me now. Quality of the charm is excellent but based on my experience the customer service could be improved by keeping in touch monitoring emails or not providing an email address to customers if you are unable to respond.

I bought this on a whim as I needed a cute keyring to personalise my keys a bit - I absolutely love it! So much I’ve bought one for my sister too 🤩
