Jenius - Standard Vinyl

Poor customer service. Tried to cancel order within 12 hours due to duplicate order. Despite the office allegedly only working Mon-Fri, on a Saturday of a bank holiday i am told that despite them advertising 14 day cooling off period, my 12 hour from ordering to attempting to cancel was too late. For further insult I could sent it back to the seemingly hard working swift acting office but it would take 7 days to process and a further 7 days to recieve a refund. Utter nosense - wont be using again. Still awaiting refund - no doubt i will need to chase that too

Very very poor not centred correctly so neither record will play totally inaudable
