The return process could be made simpler. It's quite frustrating to pay a restocking fee, especially when the item is completely unused, and opening the package can even cost 30% of your original payment. Regarding the chair, although it's advertised as able to grow with your child, I was surprised at how small it is once I saw one in person.

Great high chair

Not much different from assembling ikea furniture, it assembles in a few minutes. The tricky parts are that you need to put in the top seat and foot rest before tightening all of the screws. The infant seat requires the wooden seat to be at a particular position. Otherwise you’ll find yourself disassembling it to fix. My seat’s crotch strap was flipped out of the box (button towards child) but easy enough to unthread and flip it back
