Komodo flip pearl

I’ve recently started expanding my dipping to using pearls. Komodo is so versatile that I’ve been experimenting with it. It is very easy to apply with good results. Highly recommend this pearl.

Even better than expected!

It was different from what I was expecting but it still had the outcome I wanted. I was trying to replicate that iron man effect over red and it looks gorgeous. I used this in a reduced lacquer out of a mini gun. Perfectly distributed, no striping. Very even color with smooth and kind of subtle shift effect. My pigment load was high, so less would probably have helped the base color come through more. Just beautiful though.
