Balloon Art Mastery Academy

It is so sad that I paid for this product and I am missing 7 videos. I received 4 modules and from those modules I am missing 7 videos. I have sent 4 emails and I have yet to receive a response. There is no audio, just typed description which is no biggy but I just had to pause and go back a few times. But since I don’t have the full content, there are many steps I am missing. Its a shame because the little videos I did get, I learned alot.

What I’ve see I love but I am unable to download the pdf/google drive down at all to my iPad

It was terrible! No one should buy this. There isnt anything "mastery" about these basics and the balloon structures were no where close to what was advertised. The product does not represent as advertised and I want my money back! Oh while the advertisement states money back guaranteed, once purchased that no longer applies to this digital product. I think this is so unfair to do this to customers. CUSTOMERS PLEASE DO NOT BUY. YOU CAN FIND FAR BETTER FOR FREE ON YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, & TIKTOK! I want to give this 0 stars...
