Giveback- Teal Strong

So in love!

I bought this to honor my mom who battled and beat Stage 4 ovarian cancer for 20 years. She unfortunately passed away do to dementia mostly caused by chemo brain. She was given 2 years to live. Fought the cancer 3 times and won.

I am Teal Strong

I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer late last year and finished my chemo in May of this year. During my treatment, I found that there is a lot of focus on items to show you are battling breast cancer or supporting someone who is battling it, but not a lot for Ovarian cancer. It was a little frustrating at times and made me feel like "my" cancer wasn't getting the attention it needs or deserves. So when I saw the Teal Strong bracelet I knew I had to have it, it made me feel like I was seen. A little bit of teal in a sea of pink. :)

Thank you for thinking about us TEALies! 13 years ago I found out I had CIN3…. It devastated me until I met other women like me!
