Less puffy and feeling lighter
I’ve definitely noticed I feel less puffy since using these. I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but I do actually feel a bit less swollen and just generally less heavy, especially on days when I’m feeling more bloated. Really easy to take too, so I’ve been happy to keep using them.

Love these but still struggling
I can see the impact of these but still having trouble with bloating and fluid retention however I feel these are so worth investing in. On my 2nd bottle so let’s see how I feel after this

Loving it so far :)
Feel like I’ve noticed a difference in my face! Have been using it for a week or so, not a huge difference but only early and definitely feel less puffy :)
