Best overshoes for coldish (not to wet) days. Easy to put on, snug, they stay in place (on the skin or on long bib legs) and keep your feet toasty. They are also very easy to wash and have stayed white after many dirty rides. Only caveat, when it pours, upper part gets wet and water seeps in the shoe. But apart from that, best bang for my buck in this style. For more extreme weather, I use the neoprene ones (Fasta lights), which I have used for three unforgiving Quebec springs.
