3M Transpore Surgical Tape

Wrong tape arrived, I ordered by their box display after there searching there site. My tape at home matches what is on the box but wrong sent. I was rung at home after sending emails but I was told I was wrong but my tape I have matches. Somewhere in his computer system it doesn't gel but he said I can't have a refund I have to pay for return for wrong goods to go back. This tape is for my medical purposes I have life saving treatment everyday at home but need tape to help fix my securement device to my chest. He was pleasant on the phone but blamed me for not choosing right tape We won't agree on it. I will search elsewhere
