Adidas Samba X 'Molly-Mae Matcha'

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Molly-Mae limited edition Sambas and paid well above the usual retail price because I genuinely wanted this exclusive release. The estimated delivery time was around four days, but even after two weeks, there was no update. When I checked the tracking through Royal Mail, it consistently showed that the parcel had not even been handed over to them. I contacted customer support several times, but each response was a generic apology with vague assurances that my order would be delivered. What made the experience even more concerning was that many of the emails contained multiple spelling and grammatical mistakes, which made the communication appear unprofessional and raised doubts about the legitimacy of the process. As someone who paid a premium price for a limited edition product, I expected a much higher standard of service, clear communication, and timely delivery updates. Instead, I was left frustrated, disappointed, and questioning the reliability of the company. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
