Berberine Patch

They seem to be working with cravings and hunger. I need to be consistent now for the next 12 weeks to see if there's a significant change

I had to ask google for instructions on how to apply the patch and for how long. It gave clear instructions on how to use the patch, i like clear easy to understand instructions. The patch stored on and didn’t crumple even though i tossed and turned most of the night as i don’t sleep well. Can’t really say anything about weight loss yet as it’s only been the first night.
