The LyraSleep gummies are extremely effective for helping me relax and fall asleep. The taste is very acidic to me and leaves a burning sensation in my mouth. The effectiveness overrides the poor taste.

I purchased LyraSleep after asking whether it was different from Lullabites and was told that it was. After receiving the product, I compared the Supplement Facts side by side and found the active ingredients and dosages to be identical. What disappointed me was that LyraSleep cost nearly twice as much, yet I personally found the taste much worse than Lullabites. Had I known the formulas appeared to be the same, I would have saved my money and purchased the less expensive option. The product may work for some people, but based on my experience, I cannot justify the higher price and feel the differences between the products were not clearly explained.
