UFO Puzzle

Disappointed

This is my second review regarding this puzzle. My first one was obviously ignored. While I cannot say anything about the quality of the puzzle. That would get 5 stars, my disappointment is the fact that it cost so much, and that wasn't a problem while I thought as it was a 10 difficulty. But less than half he after my son received it, he phoned to tell me he had solved it. Not by taking of the sticker! No but the thermometer 🌡️ sign underneath. Then I saw you had uploaded a solution video. I felt so angry and duped to have spent £140. For a puzzle that was sold with the 10 out of 10 difficulty to find it was no where near that difficult, because you had given it away. I have bought many puzzles from cruxpuzzles and just felt this one was complete exploitation of the buyers like myself who expected a 10 outta 10 hardest puzzle. Again I suppose this won'take the reviews. Coz what I am saying is true.
