Morphee

This is an ok item for me .. the nature sounds are rubbish you can get a lot better .. the music is nice .. but what is really good about this item is all the other things it does .. meditation, body scan , breathing ect these are so good and im asleep before the 20 minutes are up .. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who as trouble sleeping or just relaxing because for me it really does work .. i brought a refurbished one and its like new
