Quality is terrible. Delivery takes forever. Photos are blurry, even the defaulted printing words are blurry. The mug itself is dirty and there are sticky tape marks inside the mug. How disgusting. 100% disappointing and unsatisfying. Barely worth US$2 how dare they charge so much for such quality gift.
