I suspect that the skirt that was sent to me may have been a return from someone else who tried it on. I received the skirt before the stated arrival date of the new stock. Many of the fine elastic strands had come apart from the seam and several were broken which would suggest that the band of the skirt was too tight for the person who tried it on. This is very disappointing. Postage to send back from Australia is prohibitive.

Excellent quality, so bright and comfortable! Love that it has pockets!
