Pumpkin Fall Hanging Gnome Crochet Pattern

I purchased the Pumpkin Gnome crochet pattern and noticed that the finished project shown at the end of the pattern does not look like the gnome pictured on the cover. The cover image is the design I was expecting to make when I purchased the pattern.

I did get pattern but the wrong one. No reply to any emails
