9ct Gold Reversible Oval Head Square and Compass Masonic Ring (Light- 5.5g)

So let me start saying that this is the second item I purchased from the company. I gave a 5 star review on the first purchase. The second one has, regrettably, not gone as smoothly. After my purchase I was contacted for an extra 16£ for shipping to the US. Fine, I get it - we suck right now. The shipper provided tracking thankfully and it worked as expected. Except, when I was expecting the delivery today I received a message saying it was being returned to sender due to incorrect address information. What?! All my shipping information is exactly as it should be. Did someone in the shop…with the additional shipping fees…incorrectly write / input my address? It certainly was not on my end as all my receipts correctly state my address. When it gets shipped out again - which will likely be a whole month more by the time it returns to England and back to the States (ugh) - I better not have to pay for anymore shipping! Masonic Jewellery, please make this right.
