Gift Card

I purchased an egift card for my son in law who resides in Calgary and adores your coffee. He was overjoyed when he saw his gift and I had an easy first time buyer experience.Thank you for a user friendly website, great products n customer service!!!

Perhaps I misunderstood somewhere along the way, but my understanding was that once the card was paid for I would have the opportunity to enter the recipient details. I paid using PayPal, and the gift card was immediately emailed to me with no opportunity to enter recipient details. I called Customer Service who were lovely and they advised me I could simply forward the email with the gift card to the recipient and it would work. So everything was fast and easy and worked out, although not quite as planned.

This is a xmas gift for a family member who uses your products regularly. He raves about it. Can my points be transferred to him as I am not a coffee drinker.
