Damage to the products due to employees under directions of management to save money on packaging's .

Terrible the send my items in an envelope with not protection , rositas crackers with a one pound can of guava jelly(one pound) that pulverize the crackers also damage the can of guava jelly.This is the 2nd bad experience with this company. No company telephone # to notified verbally regarding their issues, only by email, they refund me $14.68 for the crackers but for the guava jelly all crush on the corners and unable to open with can opening to avoid cutting my hands no refunds, trow in the garbage and lost my money.
