You should warn people that you'll be put through non-stop negotiating for a refund vs what is stated on your website. AWFUL! Ridiculous way to do business. Scammy marketing they sell you a pillow then sell you a pillow case again as though it something special when the pillow already comes with the exact pillow case. Cheap way of doing business. A money grab

The pillow is awful!! It is thin and useless for any type of support. The pillowcase does nothing to add to the non-functionality of the pillow!
