Molecular Hydrogen Tablets

This is the absolute worst company they have completely set themselves up to be AI with their customer service. They literally told me they were canceling my subscription and refunding a product that was sent accidentally after that they started sending AI messages congratulating me that I still had a subscription and just taking me in circles. They told me to scroll to the bottom where it says manage your prescription and cancel my own subscription and there is no such place. They told me and their privacy that if I had a problem or wanted to cancel a subscription to email them but all they have is ai. And all it does is send you can't text in circles there is no way you can reach anyone. Finally had to go through my bank and show them all the correspondents of them ignoring me and lying to me to be able to get refunded. Totally not worth it.

Never received them. USPS said they were delivered to mailbox...they were not. Talked HydroLabs thru emails.. they told me to check with my neighbors to see if they had ...then speak with the post office. Here's the thing i do not have the final shipping tracking number...i have to speak with the Post Master and they are NEVER in...I have left my phone#.. email address to notify me when i could meet with them...NOTHING... I will never do business with this company...i have been fully charged and paid for something that they will not refund...BAD BUSINESS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've cancelled my subscription 4 times and they're still charging my card and sending me the product which I don't want.
