Very wedding style in real life

I am a standard UK 6 - only sometimes an 8 - in shops like Zara, Reformation, house of CB, I am an XS. I always size up in ODDMUSE and find the sizing small. The photos make this dress look like it could be worn on a beach but in real life it's very formal / wedding style.
