Chestnut Rover Carrier

The reason for only 4 stars was I was disappointed that it was not packaged, the cellophane bag that it must have been in originally was just stuffed in the box alongside the bag and the bag itself was covered in white hairs, obviously either used or tried by a previous purchaser. It should have been atleast least brushed off & sadly shows that your restock quality control leaves a lot to be desired. That second hand feeling & poor packaging really took the shine off this purchase. Otherwise a very nice bag that we have used twice so far and seems totally fit for purpose.

Was too short for my height. Tried to initiate an exchange/return. Didnt get a response

bought as a gift for my son, he absolutely loves it
