ThermoRelief™ Mask

It intermittently turns off!! Unfortunately I didn’t read other comments before I bought it!! Purchased In July. It’s September and just started doing this. I contacted seller and they refunded 30%! I caution others! Other than that I enjoy the heat on my face.

Does not heat. Emailed customer service. They’ve asked for pictures and videos and then reuested I buy another wall plug in to use. Too much money for product that doesnt work. Very disappointed.

I'm sure it would work great if I could get it to stay on. It has the same kind of velcro on both sides, ao it doesn't stick together. It's missing the hooks part and has two loop pieces instead.
