Would like to leave a proper review - I ordered Nurrelief in early July and have not received an update since. I can understand shipment time yet communication would be beneficial.

I received this and used it for about 15 minutes and then it died so I charged it multiple times and now it will not work. I reached out to the company to correct this situation and waiting to hear back. Very disappointed as it felt great and took over a month to receive.
