Loving these supplements so simple & easy to take. No working out I just put my magnesium next to my bed for night time & take the other 4 tablets after my lunch as advised. No side effects & feeling better just about to order more. Thank you x

So far so good…it’s always hard to know but I do believe my mood is better. Magnesium for sleep quality is great. Only just started on the meno gut so can’t comment on that.
