I feel lighter in the morning when I wake up and naturally tired at a decent time for an 8 hour sleep. My mind can switch off easily and I sleep through the night. My mood is more buoyant add I interact woht external stressors more calmly.

I've been taking NuMind for over a month and I've definitely noticed that my mind is racing a lot less and I feel calmer and have better sleep. I'm hoping that I'll see further improvements so am willing to keep going with another order.

I am now on my third box. I stopped all the other supplements I was taking to make sure I could see if these worked and I can say that I feel calmer, I don’t get angry quite as quickly (!) and feel more content.
