I feel more like me, calmer in being able to rationally think, I have a regular sleep pattern and just a general feeling of improved wellbeing, which is amazing. I also took the Gut tablets for the first 3 months but forgot to order with my second order and I very quickly noticed the difference and I have rectified that.

I am well into my second month, and sleep, rest and a general feeling of calm are the notable results so far. As I live between 2 locations, I find the pouches so helpful, too - so easy for travel!

Easy to take with the sachets. Sleeping better and seem to have more energy. Great for travelling.
