I received broken glasses. I reached out to you guys, got my return ticket but no further instructions nor the opportunity to receive new ones. You then do not even have the courtesy to email back.

Love everything about it - great shape ,look , so far durability . Good investment.

The design is good but the material feels and looks a bit cheap.
