The size doesn't match what was show in the interactive platform on the website. My purchase took almost 3 months (one failed delivery) to arrive, unacceptable!

The delivery process was really slow, I had to complain so many times. Customer service is too slow and not really efficient. The company wouldn't give me a refund, while they actually had not completed the delivery on time as they promised when I bought the product. Nor they have proper social media channels for communicating with them or commenting.

The glasses are smaller than they appear in the video, and the temples are too short, making them uncomfortable to wear. Shipping took much longer than advertised. The website stated a delivery time of 5–6 days, but it took significantly longer. I also find them quite expensive for what they are, although that's just my personal opinion. On top of that, the customer support was disappointing. The responses to my questions were not particularly helpful.
