Diamante Tulip and Pearl Necklace and Stud Earring Gift Box Set: Necklace and earring set

Will be calling in the this week, was a gift for my mum at our wedding for her to wear, the clasp was broken so unable to wear last minute. A little embarrassing but also upsetting when gifting something that is not suitable. Now need to contact to replace or arrange to be fixed. Not great. A shame as ordered other sets and they’ve been fine but just terrible for a set that many would buy for a wedding etc will update once I know how customer service are

Arrived quickly & well packaged. Jewellery was beautiful, but I haven’t tried it on yet.
