Great product - disappointing responses in other areas

love the product which is why I didn't need any persuading to get the supersize. More widely, I have been disappointed the bookend sachets are no longer sent with orders. And when I recently bought 3 items (albeit it 2 then 1) in a recent offer, no consideration was given to my request for eligibility for a free gift if 3 items were purchased. It was a standard no response. I would have expected more from a premium ethical brand .

The supersize needs to stay for good! This is the best moisturiser ever. Rich without being greasy - absolutely perfect for morning and night.
