Very disappointed with Syra
The beans are small, highly uneven, and frankly ugly. There’s a visible color gradient across the batch, which points to inconsistent roasting.
For a coffee that claims an 85-point specialty score, this level of physical and roast inconsistency is unacceptable. It feels like a self-proclaimed score with no real backing. I do not recommend this lot and will not be buying from Syra again.
