Somehow, two orders of the same popcorn that I intended for my sister were entered into their order system in error (perhaps my error), with one to be shipped to me and one to my sister. A service rep for the company called me next morning to check on that, as they thought it must be a mistake. They cancelled the order that was a duplicate and made it so easy. I have not had such a great experience from a vendor anywhere, anytime - highly recommended.
